It all started when I was 10 years old. My grandfather had gifted me a Kodak point and shoot camera for our family trip to Yellowstone National Park. I quickly fell in love with capturing every memorable moment. Upon returning from our trip, my grandfather was going through all of the images I had taken from the trip. There was one shot that we kept coming back to - a landscape view of the medicinal waters of the Shoshone in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We entered the photo in a few different photo contests, and I ended up winning first place in all of them. At just 10 years old, I was an award-winning photographer! At this point, I knew that this was my calling in life. Ever since then, I have fallen in love with creating and sharing my photos throughout the years. In 2018, fresh out of high school, I created my own photography brand, and it quickly took off. Through lots of trial and error, success, and tears, I have landed on my current brand of Desert Luna Photography - and I could not be more proud. I am beyond excited for this journey as a small town Photographer.

Photography is not just my job - but my passion.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the support and kindness I have received from so many sweet souls.

I cannot wait to capture memories for the rest of my life.

I live just south of St. Louis with my husband Ryan, our dog Laika, and all my plants! We recently just had the wedding of our dreams in Tucson, Arizona, and the honeymoon of our dreams in Joshua Tree, California!

Hobbies include: John Summit sets, plants, and french fries.

In addition to all of these things, I was just recently diagnosed with a disease called Alpha Gal Syndrome. I was bit by a tick and now I am allergic to red meat and anything that comes from a mammal. You can follow and read up on my journey at @alphagaldiaries on FB and IG!

In addition to photography, I am also a Graphic Designer in Marketing!
